Refund Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Frayted's subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf, and your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy, in addition to this page. Where there's any conflict, Paddle's policy governs.

1. How billing works

Frayted offers a single paid plan — Pro, at $20/month or $180/year — with a 7-day free trial. A valid card is required to start the trial, and your first charge occurs automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

2. Your right to a refund

Because Paddle is the seller of record, all refund requests are handled directly by Paddle, not by Frayted. Depending on where you're located, you may have the following rights:

These are minimums set by Paddle's Buyer Terms — nothing on this page limits or reduces them, and any additional rights available to you under local consumer law also apply.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancel your subscription:

If you're having a technical issue with Frayted itself (a bug, a feature not working as described), reach out to us first at [email protected] — we'll try to fix it or make it right. If we can't resolve it, Paddle will review the issue against their policy.

4. Cancelling without a refund

If your purchase falls outside the refund window, you can still cancel anytime from your account or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us or Paddle before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback may result in your Frayted access being temporarily suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
