These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Frayted (the "App"), a load-scoring and booking tool for owner-operators, provided by Frayted ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Frayted helps sprinter van, cargo van, and box truck owner-operators score freight loads based on their own cost profile, and generates booking and counter-offer emails. Frayted provides estimates and tools to support your decisions. We do not book loads, negotiate rates, or act as a broker, carrier, or dispatcher. Every decision to accept, decline, or negotiate a load is yours alone.
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract to use Frayted. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (cost profile, MC/DOT numbers, insurance details, etc.) and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.
We may change prices with notice. Continued use after a price change means you accept the new price.

Frayted's scores, grades, and RPM calculations are estimates based on the information you provide and general market benchmarks. They are not a guarantee of profitability, market accuracy, or broker behavior. You are solely responsible for verifying rates, lane conditions, and broker legitimacy before booking any load. Frayted is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for your own judgment.
Frayted and its content, design, and underlying software are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for your own business while your subscription is active. You retain ownership of the data you enter (your cost profile, load history, etc.).
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its calculations will be accurate in every scenario. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frayted and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost loads, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using Frayted and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
