Does the free trial require a credit card?
Yes. Both the monthly and annual plans ask for a payment method upfront so you can start scoring loads immediately, but you will not be charged anything for the first 7 days. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Same plan, same features — the only difference is billing. Annual is $180/year, which works out to about 3 months free compared to paying $20/month all year. Both start with the same 7-day free trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you want. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.
What happens if I go over 20 loads in a month?
You'll see a notice in the app once you hit your monthly limit. Your count resets at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I switch between monthly and annual later?
Yes, you can switch billing periods anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
